Wednesday, 22 April 2026 — Two sessions available

The Membership Engagement Team will be offering a resilience workshop on April 22.  It’s being offered at two different times to accommodate our members and friends in various time zones.  SESSION 1 is best suited for United Kingdom, Europe, Africa, India, Philippines, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.  SESSION 2 is best suited for US time zones (Pacific, Central and Eastern), United Kingdom, Africa . Find your local time and the Zoom link on our calendar.

Are you navigating change, uncertainty, or transition? This online workshop, Five Ways to Tap Into Our Spiritual Resources During Transitional Times, offers a gentle, meaningful space to explore what sustains us — and what connects us.

Led by Erika Orbán — Unitarian minister and mental health counselor — the workshop draws on Nancy Schlossberg's psychology of transition to help us identify the inner and outer resources that support our wellbeing. Through guided meditation, personal storytelling, and creative expression (you'll be invited to make or draw a bridge!), we'll discover the universal in the personal, and experience our interconnectedness as a global UU community.

Bring creative materials for the workshop, such  as paper, pencils, markers, clay, or fabric.  We  are going to draw or shape a bridge.

This workshop is hosted by the Membership Engagement Team for the International Council of Unitarian Universalist Women (ICUUW). All are welcome.
